Chris is an exceptional communicator. He keeps in touch regularly from scheduling work through project completion. When he came to assess our situation he was very clear with what he thought the problems were, and he reached out to others in his network before proceeding on anything he wanted a second opinion about. Before he started our project he used a special tool to make sure he could tend to all the areas of water and mold damage. His work was thorough and excellent, and he was very methodical and intuitive and efficient. He left our room cleaner than it was before he started our project. Overall Chris was extremely pleasant to work with, honest, and fair. He even brought to our attention some areas he was concerned about on the outside of our house and recommended another excellent friendly local pro with the appropriate skill set.
